Who is KPSRA?

The Kitsap Peninsula Soccer Referees Association (KPSRA) is a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) affliated organization. We are charged with developing and assigning referees to USSF affiliated and High School soccer matches in Mason, Kitsap, Jefferson and Clallam counties.
